Is it possible to STOP hair from breaking or does the hair continue to break off w/o stopping once it stars?
My hair is breaking. I found out the reasons why and I was wondering if my hair will stop breaking or if I completely ruined my hair. No, I don't have any permanent chemicals in my hair such as a relaxer.
It's hard to know without knowing why your hair is breaking. If so much has broken off that it looks thin or scraggly you need a good trim anyway. Use a gentle shampoo or castile soap, and coconut oil in the meantime, to try to make it soft. Be careful of commercial chemical conditioners.
