What kind of toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash, and is really really "recommended by dentists?
As they all say "recommended by dental benefits! "I get cavities easily, and I wondered who toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash and would be best for the protection against caries. I do not really need a breath freshener (sp?). What kind do you suggest I use?
Here's what We recommend to my office: Toothbrushes: soft manual toothbrush. We also recommend Crest Spin Sonicare toothbrushes and electric. Electric toothbrushes are more effective at removing plaque. Toothpaste: Crest Pro Health or Colgate Total. Both are multifunctional. As the toothpaste has fluoride in the, it will help prevent against tooth decay. Mouthwash: Listerine or Crest Pro Health antimicrobial rinse and ACT Fluoride for cavity anti. And be sure to floss once a day! This is a biggie with the prevention of caries!
