Is pure soybean oil and olive oil combined good for you?
I couldn't get olive oil by itself because it was to expensive. I am on a diet trying to lose weight and I was also wondering if it is healthy to fry foods in that oil. The reason I am asking is because I heard you have to have some fat, such as olive oil.

However in the interest of better nutrition, do not deep fry, if you can avoid it. Instead saute in a tablespoon of soybean/olive oil. When mixing be sure to add equal parts. A small amount of oil in your diet program is acceptable also be sure to drain your food well after cooking or use a paper towel to pat dry, this will keep your food from having a greasy taste.
