Can I still be healthy even if I dont get vitamins plus mineral tablets as supplementary?
yes a supplement is used usually when you cannot obtain those minerals from food for one reason or another - allergies etc
some people just use a supplement as a boost so they are getting enough of what they need...
you can be totally healthy without a supplement just by being on a balanced diet, you will probably find your health would actually be better than somebody on a crap diet taking these supplements
