When can my baby eat quinoa, lentils etc?
She is 8 months old, can I puree these and give them to her with her usual vegetables? The packs I buy are organic. She eats fish but for now I prefer to stir clear of meat. Thank you.
She is definately old enough now. I mixed them into my baby's purees from when he was 6 months old.
