Ingredients:linden, passion flower, Valerian, spearmint, tilia flower.
If not is it vegetarian?

Which is the healthiest tea I can get at like Wal-mart, food for less, etc. =]
tea's are vegan until you add other things... some poeple add milk to tea but I find that vial... that's so nasty... I only do sugar and water with my tea... sometimes..very rarely honey... I am borderline vegan.. I'm allergic to dairy, and I"ve been veggie my whole life.. =)
you should try blueberry tea, it's so sweat without adding anything bu water... =) and maybe green tea.. oh I love that.. mmm...
