Do any of the Himalaya Healthcare products actually work or are they snake oil?
I've seen plenty of products that claim they can help you with this or that, but I know most are untested or unmeasured rubbish. But this company claims over 1000 clinical tests, but does not specify if any were successful or how many tests there were to each products (take the number of products tested and the number of tests and u'll find that there aren't that many tests per product as opposed to FDA approved companies that do thousands of tests for one product)
I also noticed that on the ingredients list, it just says which part of the plant they used. and if you've ever looked in the capsule, you'll find that its just ground up plant parts - no true measuring system.
So are they making a legitimate product or just throwing some shit into capsules and marketing them well? Cuz I know a lot of companies do that.
My approach to this issue: If I cannot validate the claims by looking at specific research then I will not buy the product. Whatever the Himalayan meds contain, there are supplements made in the U.S. that will work as well as theirs.
