Do you know any herbal tips to prevent swineflu till the vaccine comes?
I think eating some tulasi[holy basil] leaves daily can prevent swineflu.
number 1 thing: hygiene. buy some of that germ gel stuff, the alcohol soap and use it every time before you eat and after you have touched other ppl, eg shaking hands (dont be so obvious so as to offend tho lol, might not go down too well) drink plenty of water and eat citrus fruits, orange juice is good too. as for herbal stuff, echinacea is probably the best advised stuff to take that really boosts your immune system, but you have to take about 6 throughout the day for it to have effect. i've been taking my germ gel stuff with me when i go out, and i've took a vitamin C tablet with and echinacea about 30minutes before i go out if i'm socialising. also, your body best way of replenishing its defence systems: have plenty of sleep!
