what are my chances of conceiving if i only have one tube?
i only have one tube left i lost the other with my last tubal preg.im taking a multy vit and folic aciod along with geritol tonic every morning for maybe a month now.my doc says that i might be able to get preg but thats all he ever said???
im heart broken and with out a baby yet?is there any thing else i can be doing to better my chances?
Sometimes I really am torn on answering questions of this type because there are so many people who have toruble conceiving. When I was 21 it was determined that I had an ovarian cyst that I ledt untreated and eventually it needed to be removed in an emergency surgery.
Long story short, they also had to remove both my ovary ond fallopian tube on the right side. Now this is only my situation so I can't give medical advice. It has in no way affected my ability to conceive. My husband just needs to look in my direction and we're pregnant. I hope that these answers will put your mind at rest. Having conceived before you should be able to conceive again. Relax, that would be my advice. Stress we do know contributes to the inability to conceive. Enjoy the holiday season , keep your lovemaking fun and passionate. Don't allow it to be become a means to an end. Babies are started and grown and nurtured in optimum conditions and allowing stress to take over diminishes these optimum conditions. Best of luck to you.
