What can be done for faster hair growth?
I've been trying to grow my hair out for about a year now and have barely made any progress.
I've heard that taking Biotin is good for hair growth but I'm always a little weary about taking pills.
Has any one tried Biotin with good results? Also, any other tips on faster hair growth?
I would not recommend things that advertise themselves as "for hair growth." How fast your hair grows depends a lot on your genes, but there are things that you do to speed you the growth. Make sure that you eat plenty of fruits and veggies! Drink lots of water and you might want to take multivitamins. Also, have your hair clipped at least every 2 months to keep it healthy and deep condition your hair once a week (leave the conditioner in your hair for 30-45 minutes before rinsing it.)
You should see the growth of your hair speed up in no time!
