Men born without a penis?
I know a male that was born without a penis. He has testicles and is like a normal male. The only problem is that he was born with no penis and he has no control over his bladder. So he has to wear diapers and he has a temporary penis that can become erect but it is very small (not big enough for intercourse). He is planning on getting corrective surgery for the urinating problem. But he has no idea as to what will happen after wards. He doesn't know if he can get surgery to enhance the penis he has or if he has to keep it the way it is. I've been trying to research the topic and I'm having trouble finding anything that relates to constructing a penis. Most of the cases I found had the male babies become female.
Can anyone tell me anything about this? I'm very confused and concerned for my friend. Please and thank you!
Nowadays surgery has advanced to the point where people like your friend can have a penis constructed from mussel taken from another part of the body. I have seen pictures of the results and I have to say that the pictures spoke volumes for the skill of the surgeons.
