Where I can get a compete list of "Class B Dealers"?
My dog has been missing for a week and I suspect that some unscrupulous person might have sold him to a class B dog dealer. I'm having trouble finding those dealer listed so I can contact them.
Please help!
I'm afraid I haven't heard of a "Class B Dealer." I do know that with the current state of the economy, pets are being stolen, especially purebreds, out of cars and yards. They are then being resold, or given as gifts. A young papillion was recent stolen from it's yard, and returned a few days later after it was spotted being walked by a young boy.
