What kind of Comfrey do I have?

I know that there are at least 3 types of Comfrey but I'm not sure what kind I have since it was planted a long time ago. All I know is that it doesn't appear to have seeds but it spreads via roots. I think it might be Russian Comfrey but I'm not sure. Also, it's quite hairy.

Russian comfrey is a sterile plant that does not produce seeds and expands itself by root divisions. Once planted it is very hard to get rid of. Makes an xlnt tea in small quantities, large quantities are considered poisonous.
