Will daily intake of 5 caps of Green Tea and two liters of water only help in Weight Loss of 2-3 Kgs. per week
I' male 35, current weight 83 Kgs. Height 5'11. Earlier weight 100.6. Reduced about 17 Kgs in 3 months. Not happy with the result. Doing Cardio ( about 50 Mins ) and weight training ( 45 mins ) 5 days a week in Gym. Seen on the net that if one takes only green / Herbal Tea and water without any other food daily for 15 days, can reduce good amount of weight.
