What is an imbalance of calcium?

I was taken to doctors, a few years ago because the fact that I frequent dizziness, namely what was the problem. After many tests, they came back and told me I an imbalance of calcium. The results of what I'm being very dizzy and weak sometimes when I'm working on or breathing too hard, and I have a tic in my lip.
