Can Acai Berries Cause Urine Tract Infection?
I started Sambazon unsweetened (from Whole Foods) Acai berries a month or so ago. Lately, experiencing frequent urination... no burning when i pee, just an uncomfortable urge to go with frequent urination.
I quit the berries, and seems to be getting slowly better. A urine test showed negative for UTI... but something's going on there. Not major or painful though. Could Acai berries do this? i was eating half a "smoothie pack" a day with yogurt. Thanks so much!
Well I know raspberries make you pee. Maybe those berries make you pee too. I heard when you eat berries they do give you that instant urge to pee. Hope that helps.
